Questions about the money
Anything not answered here, ask us — we would rather say it plainly now than have it come as a surprise on the first invoice.
What happens if I go over my plan's order limit?
New orders on your panel are refused for the rest of the month, with a message saying the limit was reached. Moving up a plan clears it immediately. Nothing is deleted and orders already placed are unaffected.
Do the plans differ in features?
Barely. Three things move with the plan: the monthly order limit, how many providers you may connect, and MCP access, which is on Plan C and up. Everything else — the full list — is on every plan, including the cheapest.
When am I charged?
Before the month it covers, per panel. Two panels are two charges on their own dates.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, and it is the fix for an order limit you have outgrown. Ask us and we will move it.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel any time. The panel runs to the end of the month you have paid for and is not charged again — no notice period and no cancellation fee. Payments already made are final: the refund page explains what that means.
